Museum Observation

Museums are no longer neutral containers for art but sites of observation and ritual. As visitors come to see, they are simultaneously seen; the architecture and the act of visiting begin to eclipse the exhibited content. This reciprocal gaze intensifies the performative and sacred dimension of the museum experience.

The installation arranges a loop of inward-facing monitors displaying recorded footage from the exhibition, reconfiguring the spatial and temporal relationship between institution and visitor.
