Based on the latest global economic and trade landscape and the cutting-edge advancements in IoT (Internet of Things) technology, the proposal seeks to establish a development model for future commercial activities in Urumqi’s most transport-advantaged area. It aims to extensively connect and integrate online and offline, virtual and physical, remote and local, trade and daily life, as well as people and goods, into a unified, co-governed ecosystem.
