Yuyuan Plaza

Recasting Yuyuan Plaza as a tranquil urban valley, the project organizes an open-loop immersive theatre. Through a series of calibrated interventions, viewing decks, mediated façades, an expanded graphic ground, and symbolic signage, the site is constituted as a field of social visibility. The built environment thus exceeds the role of backdrop, operating instead as an apparatus that structures an inclusive, multi-layered condition for collective encounter.
